Beware of cherry-picked verses. Always look at them in full context with the preceeding and proceeding several verses or entire chapter. You'll see they are extracted for wording. Slavery was NOT "a profoundly Christian institution." Slavery is a profoundly sinful human institution. Slavery existed way before Christianity. The Bible indicates that when Sodom and it's neighbours were defeated in war, they were taken as captives - then Father Abraham freed them. Undoubtedly slavery existed before this - probably part of the 'earth being full of violence'. The first empires were rife with slavery, including the Israelites being slaves to Egypt, Assyria & Babylon in the Bible. Ancient history tells us that northern Europeans were captured and taken as slaves by/to Africa and elsewhere, particularly in the Roman Empire, under both the ceasars and the popes. Moslems were also quite involved in the slave trade, as were African traders themselves, and in Asia too. Slavery was worldwide, with victims and perpetrators coming from all ethnicities and all religions. It is shameful that slavery continued after and by Protestants. Yet it is only with the truths unveiled by the Reformation that Protestants eventually were foremost in abolishing slavery in Europe and North America and influencing the rest of the world towards that end. It continues to be shameful that some so-called Christians continue to promote racism/segregation, yet it is Christians more so that resist such horrendous practices. So to have Christians on a Christian program blaming Christianity, which purposes to follow Christ, for the institution of slavery is heinously shameful and an affront to the character of our Saviour that came to free us all from the slavery of sin. The racism on the part of some white SDA's in NA was horribly disappointing and wrong, and we do need to be aware of the mistakes of the church so we can corporately repent, correct and not repeat these wrongs. Note that while so understandable humanly speaking, those blacks that left the church over this issue were also not operating with a Christ-like spirit, nor with a trust in God (though I am guilty of such myself). But to follow the humanistic "woke" agenda is also not right. God says He holds the individual responsible for his own actions and not for the sins of his father. And it leads us to focusing on race in a blaming fashion as in the Garden of Eden - a premise the devil is happy to see. And this blaming isn't even healthy for the victim but I've observed it tends to promote anger and bitterness which pulls away from God and each other. For my part, when I have a choice, I choose congregations that are diverse, I love to learn about the history, the struggles and the overcoming. And I have given shelter to whites and natives, young and old, addicts and victims, and often to my hurt. I am learning to count it all joy, to lay up treasure in heaven, and to pray for those that spitefully use us. I am far from perfect, but I am learning to rely on OUR heavenly Father who wants to purify all of us so enemies can eat together in heaven. I don't have all or many answers, but I am certain this woke agenda and blaming white privilege/guilt is NOT one of them.

It's amazing many RUclipsrs would not quote Jude 1:7, they did not want to talk about all the wickedness of Sodom and Gomorrah, because they wanted to lessen severity of the sexual perversion of Sodom and Gomorrah as if it was a non-issue.

My legs hurt. It's unbearable. My knees pop because it's bone on bone. My eyes are sore and droopy now because I've cried so much. I've been to doctors and to the ER (3/4 times) and no one takes me seriously. They think because I look calm it's not a big deal. I cannot be screaming all the time in agony. I've taken different meds. I'm still in pain everyday, every night. It's hard to get out of bed or out of a chair. It's difficult to take steps. I've asked for powerful painkillers and I'm refused. It hurts! And no one believes me. They think it's regular arthritis pain. It's NOT. For a few weeks, I thought I went insane because I felt extreme pain and I didn't cry. My head felt weird and I trashed a lot of things I love. (I'm still chucking stuff from my room.) I've prayed and prayed and prayed. I still pray. I've sent prayer requests. I've asked for a prayer chain. I've asked my church friends to pray for me. Nothing happens. My legs still hurt. I don't know what else to do. When I was in the hospital I was asked 3 times if the doctors can save me if something happens to me. Each time, I said no. They were shocked. I told them about how much pain I'm in every single day. I almost asked a nurse to give me an overload of the IV general anesthesia, so, I can die. I didn't tho. I asked my old doctor to give me a shot of something to make me die. She refused and told me that it's just a temporary pain and I'll feel better later. That never happened. Can someone please say a little prayer for me? Please ask Jesus to make the pain go away and let me walk. Please help me.

It does mention that even in underpopulated rural areas with internet access the birth rate declines 🤔 I think in, for example, densely populated Scandinavian cities, there is not remarkable crime or perversion, just low birth rate.

I am quite sure heaven is not a boring, depressing "borg" cube as you depicted. There must be ground for the tree of life to grow out of, plus the river, and other natural spaces. I imagine the height dimension is either the height of the walls, or the height of the pinnacle of God's tabernacle or throne (perhaps why pyramidal temples are world-wide as Lucifer tries to replicate worship of God towards himself). I love thinking of heaven and the new earth, and am looking forward to the next episodes.

If you read 2 books by Johnathan Cahn " return of the gods" and " the Josiah manifesto" you will realize that we are walking after the same gods as ancient Israel did when they turned away from God. Our monuments, holidays, practices are all pagan god rituals and symbols. And Yes, we are the last generation before Jesus Christ returns. The Fig tree generation. The things he pointed out in these 2 books are spot on to the trouble we are in. Only as individuals, can we stop God's wrath on our personal lives, by Repentance and shunning it all.
